CONSTITUTION OF INTERNAL COMPLAINTS COMMITTEE IN COMPLEANCE WITH SECTION 4(1) OF THE SEXUAL HARRASMENT OF WOMEN AT WORKPLACE PREVENTION,PROHIBITION AND REDRESSAL) ACT, 2013

It is informed that in accordance with Section 4(1) of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 read with the relevant Rules framed therein the Organization was required to constitute an Internal Complaints Committee. Pursuant to Section 4(1) of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act,2013 read with the relevant Rules framed therein, Internal Complaints Committee consisting of the following members be and is hereby constituted:

FUNCTIONS OF THE COMMITTEE:

  1. To formulate and recommend a Policy which shall indicate the activities to be undertaken by the committee as provided in the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 read the relevant Rules framed therein.
  2. To monitor the Policy of the organization from time to time.
  3. To ensure that the college authority complies with the duties as mentioned in Section 19 of Sexual Harassment of women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal)Act,2013
  4. To do all such acts and deeds are required under the Act.
